Our client, a global quality leader operating in over 130 countries is focused on transforming the world’s corporations, organizations and communities to meet tomorrow’s critical challenges.  To stay true to their mission, they completed a year of rigorous research which led them to create a new division and a critical leadership role.  This business to business Product Development leader would have to be strong in building and managing a portfolio of products, understanding and leading each step of innovation stage-gates, as well as demonstrating solid leadership and coaching skills to enable their future team. 

Beyond being a new and unique position, the organization had an aggressive timeline for hire which needed to come from local market.
